Shipping and Delivery

When will my order process?

Normal order processing can take up to 24 hours from order receipt (Monday – Friday). Customer orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm CST on a business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST will be processed on the following business day. Business days do not include weekends.

Does Travel Time® ship outside the United States?

Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over $50.00, shipping is free.

For orders under $50.00, your shipping rate will be calculated based on contents and destination.

Returns

What is the return policy?

Purchases made from traveltimeproducts.com can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How long do I have to return my purchase?

Purchases made from traveltimeproducts.com can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Can I exchange items from my purchase?

We cannot offer exchanges through traveltimeproducts.com. If you need an alternative item, please return your item and place a new order - this is the fastest and most efficient way to get your new order processed by our team!

Do you offer free return shipping?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer free and easy return shipping on all orders! If you're not happy with your items, simply follow our easy return process, and we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

When will I get my refund?

All returns are processed for a refund issued to the original method of payment. It takes 10-14 business days to process all returns. Once the item arrives at our facility and has been reviewed, you will receive an email that we are processing your return. It may take an additional 5-7 days for your refund to post depending on your financial institution. 

Does Travel Time® accept returns of items purchased at other retailers?

We cannot accept returns for purchases made through our retail partners. Our customer service team is only able to process returns made through traveltime.com. Please contact the store the purchase was made through to return your item.

We periodically offer discount codes and coupons, so make sure to sign up for our email newsletter to stay up to date on offers and discounts - we promise not to send too many emails!

Order Cancellations

Can orders be cancelled?

Once your order has been submitted, it can't be cancelled. However you can start a return once your order has been delivered. Returns are easy and the return shipping fee is on us!

Can changes be made to an order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you've clicked the 'Pay Now' button at checkout, including changing the item or size, delivery/billing address change, adding/removing items to your order, or changing the shipping method.
